Vintage Heavy Art Deco Cherry Amber Heavy 50 Bead Plastic Necklace
Beautiful vintage Art Deco Cherry Amber Heavy plastic bead necklace. The necklace for the most part is in very good condition. The long strand has no clasp so it easily slides over one’s head. The drop is 15″ for a total necklace length of 30″. I believe necklace has been repaired at some stage as a section on the upper necklace with 5 beads has been individually knotted and doesn’t bend as freely as the rest of the necklace. The large center bead is 32 mm x 29 mm or one and a half inches by 13/16 of an inch. The graduated beads decrease in size to an eventual 3/4 mm x. 7 mm or a 1/2 x 1/4. This vintage necklace is gorgeous. The large bead has a. 2mm long small mark on one side. See enlarged photo with light on it to catch the mark. The necklace weighs 85 grams.
