Vintage 1930s Art Deco Czech Lapis Glass Silvertone Necklace
O XFORD J EWEL. At its widest point. This piece is consistent in design and construction with Czech jewelry from the Art Deco period. The glass is a deep blue that was made to simulate Lapis. The setting has a silver tone plating which still has a nice patina and shows off all the stamped details. There are a few tiny chips, one chip at the side of one of the central pendants is slightly more noticeable (which you can see in one of the photos). The glass is still very fresh looking with smooth surfaces that gleam. Overall this is a detailed and uniquely designed, Art Deco glass necklace, that was made in Czechoslovakia during the 1930.
