Fine, Art Deco Saltwater Cultured Akoya 6-9.3mm Pearl Necklace on 18ct Gold Diamond Cluster Clasp. A beautiful, Art Deco double row of graduated Saltwater Akoya Pearls individually handknotted onto a stunning 18carat white gold diamond mounted daisy, sunburst design clasp. The largest pearl measures 9.3 mm graduating down to a 6 mm. The pearls are of a high quality, with a total of eighty-eight Pearls in a pale cream colour with pink & gold tones. They exhibit a very good, thick nacre and excellent mirror-like. The clasp is designed as a flower or sunburst with a central cluster of nine diamonds and eight outer ones, all mounted in a milligrain setting. The clasp has a push in fastening with an overlapping secure clip (please see images). It measures 18 x 17.5mm. There are a total of seventeen diamonds with an approximate carat weight of 1.00ct. We offer a professional restringing service and can lengthen the necklace if required. This classic, quality pearl necklace is beautifully presented in a new black leatherette and velvet case as displayed. 15 / 38.5cm.
