Antique 1920’s Art Deco GRADUATED OPAL NECKLACE Faceted Quartz Crystal 15

Antique Graduated Opal Necklace. Exquisite white opal necklace with multi faceted crystals. 60 multi-chromatic opal beads, ranging in size from 3 to 7 mm (approx), alternate with faceted quartz crystal roundels to create this sublime 15-inch strand. Each bead is translucent and on a white thread. The gorgeous opals display an enchanting palette of cool pastel colours glinting with luminous highlights which appear to contain their own universe. A truly rare and ravishing necklace. All of the beads appear to be in excellent condition with no signs of damage or discolouration. The gold bolt clasp is original but the wire spring inside does not appear to be working therefore a replacement would be recommended which would be a quick and easy fix for any jeweller.
