Art Deco 89 jewelry is very rare, the company only operated for a little over a year. The jewelry was all numbered and they are all well-made fantastic pieces. Company was owned by Larry Joseph; he. Hattie Carnegie company in 1980’s. Just before he started his own ART DECO 89 TM Company. This vintage necklace is in excellent condition. It has a very sophisticated, rich & elegant appearance! The necklace isn’t an original necklace. The original necklace didn’t come with the signed pendant/ This necklace was made to match the pendant colors, style and design.
