Art Deco Sterling Silver Rock Crystal Quartz and Marcasites Necklace
This pretty Art Deco necklace has rock crystal quartz stones with marcasites mounted on sterling silver. The necklace is 40cms (15½) long and each motif measures 1.8cms by 1.4cms. It weighs 7.7 grams. On a fine silver chain, which closes with a ring clasp, is a line of three rock crystal motifs. Square cut stones are claw set within a silver frame ornamented with marcasites on each corner. There are curved embellishments on each side with raised silver dots and marcasites. On either side of the motifs are pretty. With a leafy cross over with more dots. The back is smoothly finished and one of the links is marked Sterling. This delightful and very unusual necklace is in fine vintage condition and will arrive in a gift box.
