Vintage Art Deco Possibly Fishel & Nessler Co. Festoon Fringe Tassel Necklace. Unmarked but looks very much like Fishel & Nessler. Please refer to your knowledge over mine. The fringe at the front measures approx. There are a few spots with some fading to the gold tone plating- please inspect pics.
