This is a stunning, rare, joyful vintage Art Deco era enamel and sterling necklace. It is a collectible and exciting “bubble jewelry” design, featuring five linked circular sterling panels that are each done in a fun and beautiful blue background with effervescent white “bubble” patterns in deco style swirls.
