Rare Antique Art Deco Silver Gilt Multi Colour Tourmaline Fringe Necklace 1930’s
Being offered for sale without reserve this beautiful Antique Art Deco period Silver gilt Oval mixed cut Tourmaline Fringe necklace circa 1930’s. The tourmaline’s are open optical set to maximise light through the stone the largest measuring 9mm by 6 mm the smallest measuring 5.5 mm. The necklace is definitely hand made you can tell this by the S hook clasp which is secure. The necklace measures just under 46 cm that’s just under 18 inches in length. The longest drop measures at the centre 3.3 cm. There are two stones that have slight damage through age i have shown this in the photographs however it is hard to spot but should be mentioned for clarity. Otherwise the necklace is in good wearable condition. Please study photos in depth as these are a part of the description. All measurements are approximate all stones have been measured with a Moe diamond weight calculator and a diamond spread sheet.
