Awesome Unusual Two Toned Art Deco Filigree Sterling Silver Peridot Necklace

AWESOME UNUSUAL TWO TONED ART DECO FILIGREE STERLING SILVER PERIOT? The is Signed STERLING on the back of the center piece of the necklace. The necklace has a slight patina to it. There is a working ornate slide in locking style clasp which may had been replaced at some point. I don’t see a Sterling mark on it. All the stone is present & without issues! It may have light surfaces scratched that are conducive with age & era of the piece. I was told the stone was a real PERIOT, but I can’t guarantee it. The Necklace measures approximately 17 1/2 inches long. I’m guessing it use to be 16 inches & I see tiny jump rings at the top with chain added that is the exact chain. Either it was longer & broke & repaired or someone added to it. This was quite common with these delicate ornate linked chains. It does not distract from the piece or could really be seen while wearing since its in the back. The pendant including the filigree ornate finding it hangs from measures approximately 1 1/2 inches long by 7/8 of an inch at its widest point. This necklace has normal vintage age wear consistent with its era. Nothing sticks out to remark on. The two tone looks like a staining to the metal or what I’ve heard called Japaning, which adds a blackish finish to usually Sterling Silver. I’ve cleaned it & it has stayed the same as it was before a quick cleaning. Overall this AWESOME UNUSUAL TWO TONED VINTAGE ART DECO STERLING SILVER FILIGREE PERIOT?
