Art Deco Jakob Bengel Modernist Machine Age Brickwork Chrome Necklace (signed)
Here for sale is a gorgeous art deco machine age modernist necklace in the very attractive chrome Brickwork pattern made by Jakob Bengel. The chrome is in very good condition for it’s age with very little tarnishing. The necklace has red paint to some of the brickwork with hardly any loss of paint. It can be worn on either side as only one side has paint to the chrome. The circumference of the necklace is 18 (measured on the inside) and measures approx. 3/4″ wide at the sides, 1 1/2″ at the centre, and is signed “Garantee” on the bolt ring. This is the usual way Jakob Bengel signed his jewellery, if it was signed at all. This is a very attractive Bengel necklace in very good condition and well worth being worn and adding to a collection. Thank you for looking and feel free to ask any questions.
