Elegant, unique, naturalistic antique Art Deco Vauxhall mirrored glass necklace in a hard-to-find soft, light, citrine yellow with warm brass settings and links… Displayed in various forms of natural day light, bringing out the soft subtleties of the motifs which appear to glow when light hits them just right, this necklace features a naturalistic floral motif, showcasing alternating mirrored glass flower and leaf cabs, and is finished off with spring and clasp. Measures overall 5/8″X16&1/8″, with the largest central flower measuring 5/8″, and the adjacent leaf cabs measuring 1/4″X5/8, and finished all around. In overall good-very good condition considering age, with age expected wear, soilage, dustiness, superficial scratches with a few dinks and small breaks in the glass which are not readily apparent, age-expected inconsistent discoloration of the cabs & foil, and warm patination of the brass settings. One of the leaf cabs near the closure has a small break which is very difficult to appreciate with the naked eye. The closure is secure and could benefit from lubrication.
