Welcome to Jewel Box :. Most gorgeous set which is rare and exquisite and something i have never seen before. The centre front of the necklace i shung with three three dimensional clusters, each decorated with three red roses which are finely enameled in vivid scarlet and gilded in gold these sit on little leaves which are beautifully enameled in green and gilded. The detail and workmanship. These were made in Austria and are a wonderful example of Austrian enameling. They are hand linked to each other and on either side to a fine rolled gold chain which fastens with a secure ring bolt clap. If you turn the necklace over you can see the pristine gilding of the metal on the reverse. App 16.85 inches long with each cluster being app 15 mm wide all that detail in that space! The earrings are similar but with three leaves instead of two. They come with screw fittings which make them suitable for those with and without pierced ears. App 16 mm wide. There is an area of tarnish to the reverse of one which is probably storage or age as there are no visible signs of wear. An amazing gift for a cherished one and of course spectacular for a Bride.
