Vintage Art Deco Silver, marcasite and onyx pendant, 1920’s necklace
A gorgeous vintage early 1920’s Art Deco necklet / pendant. Beautiful scrollwork with a separate drop, adorned with small onyx cabochons and set with marcasite, it has elements of Art Nouveau and Art Deco styles. Set onto a later vintage sterling silver fancy link chain with small jump rings, these two really work well together to make for a beautiful necklace. Chain is hallmarked for sterling silver, pendant unmarked but tests as sterling silver. Good condition overall, a few missing small marcasite but hard to notice unless studying closely, light aged patina. Approx 15 length chain. Weighs 12.43 grams.
