Vintage Art Deco Vivid Turquoise Baguette CRYSTAL NECKLACE BRACELET SET

Welcome to Jewel Box :. A fabulous necklace and bracelet that i have hung onto forever just because the colours are so wonderful more vivid and beautiful in real life than i can photograph. I have shown them with and without flash but i cannot capture the colour nor the depth of light in the stone. The stones are fabulous turquoise blue and are glass emerald cut baguettes of 1 cm each. Each is claw set into a close back setting for safety. The necklace and bracelet are beautifully articulated so that although the stones are big they are like fluid around the neck and wrist. Both fasten with a bold fold over clasp which. I like that they are modernistic in design and not fussy so that they don’t spoil the spare, clean design of the necklace. The necklace is 15.9 inches long and the bracelet is 7.1 inches. The metal has been rhodium plated Rhodium is a derivative of Platinum and is still used to protect fine jewellery. There are fine marks here and there to the reverse of the necklace which i feel are either in the manufacture or starage as the bracelet has absolutely none. A very special set.
