Unknown Silversmith Artisan from Mexico. 1930s Art Deco Era Handwrought Panel Necklace. 8 Bezel Set, Hand-cut Chrysoprase. Cabochon Gemstones: 7 Semi Cone Cuts & 1 Round. Oxidized Frames: Braid work, Heart Scrolls, & Bead work. Chain: 6 Links with Heart Scrolls, & Bead work, Has a Hook Clasp. Added Sterling Extension Chain: Stamped 925 on the spring ring. Adds up to 3.5 of length and is removable. It is not original to the piece. The triangular stamp was not impressed well and has since worn down. I believe there is a partial 925 and Mexico. Excellent Vintage condition overall with minor wear considering it’s at least 85 years old! Heavy, original patina is present and I’ve not attempted to polish as many prefer the old patinated look.
