Art Deco Crystal Sterling Necklace Marcasite Articulated Bows Edwardian German
Stunning old necklace, dates to the early 1900s, frosted crystal center surrounded by sterling silver frame covered in marcasites and accented with a draping bow and pinkish red garnet. This is a very well made piece, you can see on the back how thick the silver is and the way it is pinned together with sterling rods. Unmarked, but probably German, and definitely sterling silver (acid tested). Pendant is two inches long and chain is 18. Chain was originally 16, but has been professionally extended many years ago.
