O XFORD J EWEL. Vintage Art Deco Venetian Glass Bead Latticino Necklace. Width Each bead is 10mm in diameter. Sterling on the clasp. Works securely, is not original to the piece. This necklace has detailed and colorful glass beads with turquoise blue and a deep maroon red swirls. The base of the bead is actually clear and the swirls are at the very surface. The beads have a very dense and weighty feel with a very smooth and cool feel to the glass. The necklace was re-strung at some point (a while ago) and is firmly knotted in-between each bead. There is a tiny bit of stretching to the strand but it is a modest amount and the necklace is ready to wear. Overall this is a colorful and uniquely designed, Latticino glass bead necklace, that was made in Italy during the 1930. S that is in very good condition. _gsrx_vers_625 GS 6.9.7 (625).
