A fine quality art deco solid silver locket with engine turned decoration. The locket is made by Herbert Bushell & Son ltd. The locket is marked SILVER and HB&S the maker’s mark for Herbert Bushell & Son ltd. The internal photo frame is missing, otherwise in good used condition, snaps shut well. The locket measures 3.2 cms (1 1/4 inches) excluding the loop and jump ring x 1.7 cms (3/4 of an inch) wide. The locket is on a new 46 cms (18 Inch) long light but sturdy and well made solid sterling silver cable link chain with 1.7mms x 3mms (1/16 of an inch x 1/8 of an inch) links. It weighs 2 grams.
